1. What Cresto Provides

Cresto is a visual browser automation platform. Users create workflows by connecting triggers, browser actions, data processing steps, and integrations on a visual canvas. Workflows can then be executed automatically.

2. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to use Cresto only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are strictly responsible for the actions performed by the automations you configure on our platform.

3. Subscription Terms

Cresto is offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees associated with your chosen plan. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the current billing cycle. Pricing and features are subject to change with prior notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Cresto to:

• Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
• Perform malicious activities such as DDoS attacks, spamming, or unauthorized security testing.
• Bypass rate limits, scrape websites in violation of their Terms of Service, or engage in abusive automation.
• Process highly sensitive data (like health information or full credit card numbers) that you are not authorized to handle.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or damages the integrity of the Cresto platform.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Cresto platform (including the visual canvas, underlying execution engine, and UI) are and will remain the exclusive property of Cresto. The workflows you build using our platform belong to you.

7. Limitation of Liability

Cresto is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our platform.
