  • Workflow Data: We store the workflows you build on our visual canvas, including the structure, logic, and configurations of your automations.
  • Logs and Executions: We store logs, execution traces, and session recordings of your automations to help you debug and monitor your workflows.
  • Cookies & Analytics: We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to analyze usage patterns and improve our platform.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Cresto platform and automation engine.
  • Process transactions and manage your billing through Stripe.
  • Provide customer support and respond to your inquiries.
  • Send you technical notices, updates, security alerts, and administrative messages.
  • Debug workflow executions and improve the AI agent capabilities.

3. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services to operate our platform. This includes our cloud hosting providers, payment processors (Stripe), email delivery services, and AI model providers that power our extraction and browser automation nodes. We only share the minimum necessary data with these providers to facilitate their services.

4. Data Storage and Security

We take reasonable measures to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access. Your workflow data, credentials, and execution logs are stored securely in modern cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit.

5. User Deletion Requests

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal information and account data. To request account deletion, please email us from the email address associated with your account. Upon verification, we will delete your account, workflow configurations, and execution logs within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain data for legal or billing purposes.
